My Graco Snugride carseat came with the worst head support i've ever seen. Literally 2 boulders at the side of his head so I replaced it with this one and I'm pleased.

This worked great for my newborn. She was only 5lbs, so the head support that came with the car seat was way too big. The material is very soft.
