This is advertised as a long(er) strap but it was the exact same length as the one that came from the factory on my Sunshine Kids Radian 65 carseat...I called them and emailed them to ask what the hey and never got a response.

This strap needs to be longer. We purchased it for our 2-1/2 year old and were completely disappointed to find that it was only .25 to .5 longer than the original. Not really enough to make much of a difference for the long-term. At least make it an inch longer than the original. With bigger kids, I anticipate this will be really uncomfortable! So much for using this car seat for years to come. Not with this tiny strap!
Quality was great, easy to replace, just make it substantially longer.
Exactly what I needed!,

I recently got my 5 year old a Radian 80sl carseat. We love it, but the buckle was too hard for her to push open, which meant she couldn't buckle or unbuckle herself in anymore. Not that big of a deal right now, but we our having our 3rd child in May which means my daughter will be moving to the very back of the minivan and I would have to crawl back and forth to buckle her in. I'm not sure what was wrong with the original buckle, but it was even hard for me to unbuckle at times. I decided to try getting a replacement buckle to see if it would solve the problem, and success! She can now get in and out of her seat by herself.
