Purchased this to go between my kids (two & five) car seats. I drive a Toyota Corolla and it just fits. Keeps us organized and much less messy!

We bought this for a road trip from NC to the Texas-Mexico border, and we liked it so much that we now use it regularly around town. It fits with some room to spare between two Britax car seats in our Ford Explorer. It has a removable insert that divides it into quadrants (you can kind of see it in Amazon's picture with the child in it), or you can use it as a large cooler without the divider (as shown in the other two pictures). We haven't packed it with ice, so I can't say much about its water-tightness, but it has plenty of room for full bottles of juice from the store (the 1-2 liter ones) and snacks and toys.

My daughter likes to tuck toys in the side pockets, and she likes that we can zip the top closed so that her brother can't reach in and get her toys (she's 3, he's 1). This organizer really keeps the backseat toys and clutter contained. It fits great between two Britax car seats and it is tall enough that the kids can easily reach toys and books out of it when they are buckled in. The main part of the bag holds tons of stuff and there are many little pouches on the outside to slide in books, writing pads/pens, or thin baby blankets. The two drink pouches are pretty big and are good for larger sippy cups or soda bottles. Little juice boxes might be hard for tiny kids to get out since the pockets are pretty deep. There is a velcro flap on the back side of the organizer that can be used to secure the unit with a seat belt to keep it from sliding around. The shoulder strap and zipper cover make it easy to take the organizer in and out so you don't need to re-pack everything into other bags to bring it into a hotel. We don't have plans to use this as a cooler but it looks like it would hold a lot of stuff if you wanted it for that purpose.
