This car seat delivers everything that it promises. I like that this seat reclines, and as I learned from previous experience, my little guy will appreciate this feature on any car trip that's over 2 hours. I liked the amount of padding, the feel of the material, and how quick and easy it is to adjust the shoulder belt height and tension. The price is excellent (I bought mine for $90 at WalMart), and is competitive when held up against car seats with similar features. The latch belts are easy to tighten and have a release button which make it easier (not easy, just somewhat easier) to move from one car to another.
Problem: I intended on using this seat as rear-facing with my son since he is not yet two years old, and had just about met the weight limit on his infant carrier, but I couldn't use it rear facing because of my car!! My minivan has captain's chairs in the middle row, and the space between seat rows is not enough to allow the baby seat to recline at the correct...Read more
