This is a really soft, plush, sleeping-bag like bunting for the stroller. I actually don't have a Quinny, I have a Baby Jogger. If you find this product on sale (I found mine for $39), this can work on other 5 point harness strollers. The only drawback is the center seatbelt holes are a bit close, but it still functions & will be cozy.

I bought this last fall for my Quinny Zapp when the baby outgrew the infant Urban Bundle Me. It is very, very warm - like a snug sleeping bag. I did not love the way it fits the stroller. Because the Zapp is the umbrella stroller, it isn't very big, and this heavy-weight bag does not attach anywhere to the stroller. It is held simply by the straps and the weight of the baby, so it creeps down after a while. Periodically I would pull the baby up by the top of the bag and give her a little shake to get them both back in place. The real drawback to this, though, is the 5-point-harness straps need to detach from the stroller to be thread through the holes on this bag. The Zapp (and I assume the Buzz) do this but many strollers (like the Bob Revolution and other jogging strollers) don't, so it is impossible to transfer it to other strollers we own. The Bundle Me had slits in the bottom piece with velcro, so you would position it around the straps and secure into place with the...Read more

This review is from: Quinny Buzz Footmuff - Black (Baby Product)
I took a chance because some of the other reviewers said it fit their umbrella stroller but this does not fit a Maclaren umbrella stroller. This is a wonderful item so I had to give it 5 stars. It's like a sleeping bag and if you live in a cold region, this is a wonderful way to keep baby warm without having to put on tons of layers. These are so popular in Europe and I'm so glad the concept if finally catching on more in the US.
The holes that the waist strap goes through is so close together on the foot muff. I extended the waist strap as far as I could on my stroller but there is no way my baby would fit. If you have a Quinny stroller they I highly recommend this. Funny, you would think Quinny would make a universal one too because the quality is good and they would make a lot of money on it!
