We had the maxi-cosi car seat and the JJ Cole muff did not fit (provided a very tight fit). We had to find one that was a better fit. We are very happy with the footmuff and the colour is fab! The little one falls asleep everytime she is zipped up. My only complaint is that it is not as warm as the JJ cole interior and depending on the weather we must still use a blanket inside the cover. Also the babies head is still quite small and the hooded part cannot not be adjusted to securely enclose her head which allows a draft. Good Luck!

this little warm snuggly maaxi-cosi micro infant car seat footmuff is all the marbles! it comes in other color combinations and is warm and easily cleaned. your baby can just wear a little outfit with a blanket and your little one is ready for transport...cute, highly portable with your car seat and warm for your newborn...anyhow, my daughter loves the maxi-cosi and she has brought 2 little ones home from the hospital nestled in their little car seat footmuff.

This footmuff is great. I've used it for my daughter in 10 degree F weather and she stayed nice and warm. She still fits in the muff at 9 months and there is still plenty of space to stuff in a blanket if need be. We've strolled around an outside market for 7-8hours in below zero weather and she was never cold. This muff is probably best for weather below 40's maybe even lower. If it's warmer than that it get's really warm. So warm that she started sweating. I would buy this item all over again. We used it daily from October-March and plan on using it for future kids.
