The Cradler's soft velour cushions provide perfect support with a contoured fit that goes over the child's shoulders and gently cradles the jaw to keep the head from slumping uncomfortably. The Cradler secures in place to car seat and stroller shoulder harness straps with self-fastening tabs, and the soft fabric connector adjusts easily to create a secure, custom fit for your child. I got it so that my daughters head would not fall forward while she was sleeping in her car seat but the part that goes behind her head is so bulky that it actually pushes her head forward. It also limits their head movement when they are awake, so I had to take it off anyway. It did not hug her head like it is shown in the picture. My first son always had a slumpy head in his carseat and the rainbow shaped head supports were useless. This works great. It did a wonderful job of keeping his head supported even when we were comming home from the hospital and I am still using it today, 5 mos. later.
