Summary: so far, so good... 2007-07-15
Comment: Cradler works very well, however, can get a bit too warm around the ears and doesn't always cradle my lil' girl's noggin-sometimes she will still fall asleep with her head forward missing both sides, but I like it and would still recommend it-for the most part it cradles her head quite nicely.

Comment: I bought this to send to the UK for a little girl I know who has cerebral palsy and so difficulty holding her head steady. According to her mother it is a great product and useful to them.
The package arrived quickly and no problems with billing.
