I was so excited to receive this product and wanted to love it, but.... Upon receiving it, I followed the instructions for cleaning and placed it in the wash so that it would be clean to put onto the infant car seat for when our baby arrived. The packaging clearly states that it is machine washable. I placed the entire cover in the wash...including the canopy cover as it is flexible. After the FIRST WASH, the flexible plastic tubing in the canopy cover ripped thru one side of the fabric and was protruding out. I immediately contacted Itzy Ritzy and left a message explaining my issue with the product. After one week, I still had not rec'd any response back from the company, so I proceeded to email them. Another week passed and still no luck. I think I called the company a total of 2 times and emailed them at least 3 times and to this day I still have not heard back from them (it has been months). Great cover! I had a brown and blue carseat, and when I found out I was having a girl, getting a cover was better than buying a whole new carseat. The fabric is super soft, reversible and the perfect design for my new baby girl! I love how soft it is and it will be so easy to remove and clean when necessary!! will definitely purchase more from itzy ritzy in future!!

We have a Grace Snugride 35 and it fits perfectly. Easy to clean and protects your car seat from spit up and spills. A little on the pricey end, but I have been very happy with Itzy Ritzy products.
