Summary: Lighter weight than I thought, but still love it 2007-08-11
Comment: Two things you need to know before you buy this blanket vs the others made by teddytoes here. 1) this is a very thin cotton... like a very thin waffle weave, it is not warm and soft. 2) these run BIG. For the price I couldn't help myself and ordered 2 of these and one in the bigger size of 2 in the soft fleece (called Lite). I much prefer the other one I bought because it is sooo soft and much warmer and not itchy on baby. But these run BIG, meaning not for swaddling at home, best suited for carseats/strollers. I think this sz 1 will fit my daughter until she's well over a yr. She's 6 weeks now and it's so big I don't think it will fit right until she's 6mo or so. But for now it gives wiggle room.
