Would I recommend it? Absolutely! The only thing that could make this better is a light.

We bought these at Target and have one in each car. We got them when our little guy was a newborn and now he's still enjoying it at 16 months. It stays very securely attached to the headrest.

It can be a bit difficult to get the angle right, but with some practice you'll get it. There are two pieces to this item:

The first is the mirror itself - it is round, flat, and surrounded by a soft edge. The back of the mirror has two parallel strips of velcro sewn in.

The second piece attaches to the headrest, it has a strap that snaps together behind the headrest and can be tightened to hold the support in place. This piece a kind-of oblong piece of fabric, also with two parallel strips of velcro and with a wire rim around the edge. This piece is what will allow you to adjust the mirror - the wire bends and the velcro can be adjusted to get the right angle. I bought this mirror because I've loved all of my other Eddie Bauer baby products. However, my husband and I were extremely disappointed. It will not stay in place, no matter how many different ways we try to adjust it. It's ends up sloping down so I can only see her toes, or shifting completely sideways, and it has fallen off onto her at least 5 times. Ridiculous. The ONLY good thing about it is the size-when it's in place, you can see her whole upper torso.
