Summary: Great Product! 2008-10-26
Comment: I bought this to put into my Chicco umbrella stroller for my 3 month old son. Both the stroller and the insert were still a little big for him, but it was only to get through airports and to the gate, so it worked fine. The sides snap off and there are two different slots for putting the shoulder harness through (Chicco is also one of only two umbrella strollers I found that have the 5-point system). Like I said, still big but effective. The bottom part of it has a slot for the stroller's bottom seatbelt to come through. The support washes well (air dry only!). I did have a minor issue with the foam in one of the side supports starting to fold slightly. I called the distributor, GoldBug (info on the bottom of the packaging), and explained my situation. They called me back within 10 minutes, sent me a new one, and asked that I return the old one for quality review. No hassles, nothing. Besides being an effective product, and becoming even more so as my now 8-month-old son gets bigger, the distributor absolutely backed the product with awesome customer service, something you don't see a lot of anymore. I would highly recommend it!
