Summary: Comfortable but of Questionable Safety 2008-10-06
Comment: I purchased this car seat without having done a lot of research. I have since found out that the "Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute" listed this seat as one of 13 that they don't recommend as it doesn't "put children in the best position to be protected in a crash." Had I better researched this seat beforehand, I would not have purchased it.

Comment: This car seat is easy to take in and out of the car. Needs to have a piece of padding around the latch that comes between the legs. We have pinched little legs once or twice because this is lacking.

Comment: We had read some good reviews and some unfavorable reviews about this item, but we really like it. It took a little bit to install it, but now it is very easy to use. It is a great deal for the money and was rated highly by consumer reports.
