Combi has corrected their Shuttle Infant Car Seats, which were previously part of a safety notice because the seats had the potential to detach from their bases in the event of a head-on vehicle collision. Combi has fixed the problem with the seats, and all of the Shuttle Infant Car Seats sold in the BabyCenter Store are the safe, corrected versions of this car seat. The corrected seats has a green "Inspected By" label on the outside of the seat shell and on the box.

I have had my baby boy in this car seat for nine months now, and we both still like it a lot. I bought this instead of another graco because I like the anti-rebound bar for safety and for helping to pull the seat out of the car. Harness is similar to all other car seats I've owned in the past: straightforward, easy to adjust, fairly easy to use on squirmy baby. The color is great! Everyone comments on my car seat and think's it's so cute. I can't believe I don't see more of this seat around town. I guess that's because Toys R Us only carried the red one in-store and it isn't as nice looking.

I bought the matching stroller and I like the combo much better than other brands. The stroller is small, light and folds up quickly and easily to throw in the back of the car. It has a basket underneath that is a total waste of time. I pulled that sucker off as soon as I got it home.
