These clips make getting a sleeping newborn out and about rather easy but take notice of the instruction supplement. The L and R on the clips refers to the sides of the seat if you are in the seat. If you put the clips on the wrong sides, you'll need someone extremely strong to yank them off... not something you'll want to be doing in a parking lot!

The Bugaboo directions for installing the adapters to the Maxi-Cosi carseat are INCORRECT! Please note that the left adapter actually goes on the right side of the carseat, as it is facing you OR, the left adapter goes on the side of the carseat where the child's left hand is. The directions say the complete opposite. I had to go through this problem three times in a parking lot, in which case several people approached me to help. In order to get the adapters off, I had to use a butter knife and jam it in the socket where the adapters are located, and pry the grey clasp off. Hopefully this doesn't damage the carset or adapters, but all the more to turn in your product recall card, as I would think they would be responsible for this problem.

We found the product's enclosed instructions tricky and, after a Google search, found that others agreed! We ended up using instructions from another user to augment the product instructions. Still, the adapters do the job and we love both the Bugaboo Cameleon and the Maxi Cosi Mico. Also, not the most durable construction.
