THe product was received dirty and stained. I emailed the supplier to let them know on the 29th of Dec, to date have not heard from them ,have called Amazon to complain and received an email from you which told me to do what I had already done.

I enjoy doing business with Amazon but this experance has made me leary.Roundabout Convertible Car Seat Cover Set in Onyx
