Summary: Love this Booster 2009-06-16
Comment: I love this Britax, I graduated my daughter out of the roundabout when she turned 5 and hit 40lbs although it is recommended to put them back into the 5 point harness she has a hard time buckling in herself in carline at school. The one complaint I did read about was the low armrest but I have found no problem with them I taught my daughter to pull out the seatbelt buckle in, tuck the seatbelt under the armrests then pull the seatbelt snugg, she got it after our 4th practice try with the ease of a pro. We have been in a small rear end accident where we where hit from beind the seat did it's job and she was not hurt at all and very safe. I drive the BMW X5 and the seat sits great on my backseat, the cup holders work great I have no problem with them. It is an easy in and out booster when we are carpooling with friends the head section adjusts with ease. The price it what I expect for a Britax it was actually a lot less then what I was imagined it would be considering I paid $300 for my roundabout, but worth ever penny I have recommended this booster to many of my "mom" friends who are or where looking at boosters and each one of them love it. Thats right they also bought one.
As for the little passenger who has to use it... She loves her seat, she has never complained we have done a few long road trips in it and she is comfy, as for the colors grey and pink... well what can I say she is a girl and what girl doesn't like pink, she adores it and the grey matches the interior of my car beautifully.

Comment: My six year loves this seat! We needed to upgrade last year as my son was getting to big for the 5 point harness Britax seat. Can't remember the name of it, but it is also a great seat! We have really enjoyed all of the britax seats we have had. They all seem to be well made, easy to use and very comfotable.
My son really likes this one for longer rides in the car. It is very roomy and helps hold his head up when he falls asleep in the car. He is not a small boy either and still has plenty of room. The base comes apart from the back easily if needed. He likes the arm rests and the fact that he can buckle with the big buckle now.
The only draw back to the seat is the base is wide and so in my husbands (chevy impala)the seat teeters a bit in the center of the bench. I think chevy made a high point in the bench seat and so going around corners with the seat installed can be a little disconserting for my son. We countered the effect by opening up the cup holders which helps the seat maintain balance, but I don't think the cup holders were designed for that. So we opted to just use it in our minivan. We spend more time in the van anyway. As for the impala its mainly for quick trips so we opted for a cheep booster with a smaller base and that one fits great in his car.
On a whole we love the britax booster. Very comfortable and much prettier in real life. And worth the money!

Comment: This is a great car seat. The only thing that you need to know is that some websites (I don't know if this is the one where I got the wrong information) states that the booster with the back can be used for a child shorter than 38 inches. This is NOT the case. The booster even with the back, according to the Britax instructions, is for children 38 inches or taller. I still like the booster seat however, and it was delivered on time. We have the red racer and the pink racer and they are both really attractive.

Comment: Britax just knows how to do it right. I love this booster, the Regent car seat and the Boulevard car seat. They're all so well made and easy to use - not to mention easy to install.

Summary: Wizard to Monarch good fit 2008-10-26
Comment: We went from Wizard 5-point harness seats to the Monarch and my children love them. They seem a bit difficult to fasten the seatbelt but that may just be my children not being used to having to do that. The head rest is a big part of why then like them.
